Mafia Kitchen is woman-owned and operated by Andrea Rifenberick and her Mafia Crew (Staff and family) Chef Andrea is a certified Executive Chef with over 30 years of restaurant & culinary experience. Andrea‘s main focus is to bring her Sicilian family traditions showcasing a menu of over 100 rotating flavors of Gourmet Cannoli to the public. She strives to utilize the finest quality ingredients, 100% whole milk Ricotta & homemade shells, piped fresh to order. She believes A cannoli should never be pre-filled and should not be tacky or gluey in texture. Her cream is not overly sweet and she prides herself on being the best!
Mafia Kitchen offers services for Catering and action stations and operates both a food trailer and food cart under a tent with drinks like Italian sodas, lemonades, and other specialty drinks. Their business is based out of Tucson Arizona, and are permitted for Phoenix and surrounding areas.
